I am now in panic mode. I have not been able to reach my mentor since the last time I talked to her which was Tuesday. I think something is going on with her family, but I'm not sure. I will be leaving for Chapel Hill in the next few minutes and have no clue when I will get back today, so there is a huge chance that will probably not be able to my log signed.

So, maybe you won't have your mentor log signed on Monday. It's one grade. No need to panic.
Just make sure that you have your product log portion filled out. Then you can get the grade for that.
I reached her and saw her last night. All i taken care of.
